The first workshop within the framework of the gender measures of the CRC228 took place in the exceptionally beautiful ambiance of the monastery Steinfeld from 30th to 31st of October 2018 and was part of our first building block "Female Career".
Mrs. Jutta Winkel from the Covellcoaching-Team, Cologne, led the event. The workshop over the 2 days was divided into 6 blocks, where the first day was mainly about the theoretical background. Here basics, concepts, building blocks as well as means, methods, and ways were presented and discussed by our group. SMART formula, To-do lists, Alpine method, Pareto principle, Pomodoro technique, 1-3-5 rule... just to mention a few keywords. The second day was much more practice-oriented and focused on the practical implementation of the methods learned on the previous day.
Over the two days, it became quite clear that self-management cannot be learned within days, but that it is possible with the right methods. Of course, these methods differ individually. In the evaluation at the end of the workshop, all participants agreed that they had "learned a lot of new things". Much was certainly known, but has not yet been implemented. But now: Let´s start!
